OASIS approves XML Catalog 1.1

OASIS has approved the XML Catalog 1.1 spec. So, it is up to you all now to go out and use it. I hope a lot of you will find it useful (many already find the 1.0 spec useful, and 1.1 just tidies up a few things).

So, the OASIS Entity Resolution Technical Committee soon will be able to call it a day. I will leave it to our chair, Lauren Wood, to have the final word. It's good to see things reach completion, especially in the software world. Success is everything.
